Shipping policy
Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a slight delay in processing your order. Please expect delays during the holidays as USPS experiences an increase in rates and traffic, causing unprecedented shipping carrier delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship in the US via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
Please note that USPS Priority Mail shipments are guaranteed as a 2-day delivery from the time your order leaves our facility. If you need something expedited, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!
If your order includes an item on preorder, your full order will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship.
How much does shipping cost?
Because some of our products are made in-house and others are fulfilled at another location, shipping charges are calculated by the manufacturing vendor based on the product and where it is located. However, we offer shipping discounts on a regular basis. Look for shipping notices and discounts in the banner on our homepage.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to international locations at this time.
What happens if my shipment is undeliverable?
We ship to the address specified in your order. If that address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost.
My order arrived and is incorrect, now what?
If you receive your package and something is amiss with your order, email us at returns@nazzarodesign.com right away so that we can promptly resolve the issue.
